Description
Thriving! Not Just Surviving Sandra J Boyer ISBN 9781639056316
Successful law firms prioritize client service—but long-term success requires more than exceptional legal work. To remain competitive and sustainable, firms must implement effective management strategies, processes, and initiatives that govern the business side of their operations.
Thriving! Not Just Surviving focuses on small to mid-size law firms, offering practical guidance on financial management, lawyer training, client development, technology, cybersecurity, risk management, and other essential aspects of firm management. The book also explores strategies for identifying and shaping firm culture, understanding its importance, and aligning processes to work effectively within that culture.
Achieving success in law firm management begins with understanding the organization, creating a clear plan, delegating authority and accountability, implementing strategies, evaluating performance consistently, anticipating future challenges, and fostering a culture of collaboration and commitment. This book provides a comprehensive framework to help small and mid-size law firms move beyond survival and build a thriving, sustainable practice.
