Thrive: A New Lawyer's Guide to Law Firm Practice Desiree Furman Moore ISBN 9781614387435
As a law school graduate, you’ve trained rigorously and joined one of the most respected professions in the world. Yet, despite your education, law school rarely prepares you for the real-world complexities and demands of practicing law. Like elite athletes, performers, and entrepreneurs, you can benefit from a coach or mentor—someone guiding you as you launch your legal career.
Thrive: A New Lawyer's Guide to Law Firm Practice is designed to do just that. This book helps you perform at your best, avoid common pitfalls, and accelerate your growth as a lawyer. It’s not for those who simply want to show up, work hard, and avoid getting fired. It’s for lawyers ready to understand their role in a law firm from day one and take their careers head-on—with clarity, purpose, and intention.
Thrive is for you if you want to move beyond frustration and overwhelm, embrace your potential, and set yourself on a path to leadership within your firm, practice area, or industry. Are you ready to step into your future?
