Environmental Law in Context Cases and Materials 5th Edition Craig - 9781684672363
Updated Coverage of Evolving Regulations, Case Law, and Environmental Justice
The Fifth Edition of Environmental Law and Policy reflects the rapidly changing legal landscape of environmental regulation, incorporating new cases, statutory developments, and regulatory shifts across multiple administrations. Given the significant policy reversals and adjustments between the Obama, Trump, and Biden Administrations, this edition provides critical analysis of the latest regulatory trends and ongoing legal debates.
In addition to tracking these legislative and administrative changes, the Fifth Edition significantly expands its focus on environmental justice, ensuring that students engage with the social, economic, and racial dimensions of environmental law.
