Also included as a separate entry are the 2022 Amendments to the Uniform Commercial Code. Although this compilation is designed to accompany Walt’s Commercial Law and its two component volumes, Payments and Credits and Secured Transactions in Personal Property, as well as Walt’s Sales Law: Domestic and International, the compiled materials are likely to be referred to in any commercial law textbook. The materials therefore are suitable for use as a statutory supplement to accompany other casebooks on domestic and international sales, secured transactions, payment systems and bankruptcy.
