Abbasi) (Bivens claims and new contexts), and Chapter 7 (Sprint Communications Inc. v. Jacobs) (Younger abstention). Chapter 6 contains a lengthy note on Plumhoff v. Rickard (summary judgment and qualified immunity).
Finally, the new edition includes updated notes with recent caselaw and new discussion points.

Returning it by your semester return date, or after it is already overdue, is free with no deduction. Returning it early, before that date, deducts a 15% restocking fee and the label cost from your refund.
