Description
Courtroom Evidence Handbook 2026-2027 Student Edition Steven Goode ISBN 9798317704339
Purchase of a new book includes complimentary digital access to the eBook.
Designed for both law student advocates and students taking traditional evidence courses, this handbook offers clear, rule-by-rule explanations of the Federal Rules of Evidence alongside relevant case law and practical trial examples. It includes a current copy of the Federal Rules of Evidence, detailed commentary that functions as a concise treatise on the rules, and practical guidance on introducing and objecting to evidence in court.
The handbook also features a catalog of nearly one hundred common objections and responses, making it an invaluable resource for students participating in mock trial competitions, clinical programs, or courtroom advocacy exercises. By combining doctrinal analysis with practical application, it helps students bridge the gap between understanding evidence law and effectively applying it at trial.
