Most of the texts in education law today present court cases that are heavily edited. Unfortunately, the editing usually occurs in the facts. About the Author

Lawrence Rossow is Associate Vice President and Professor of Education at the University of Houston - Victoria. He is also Professor Emeritus in the Department of Human Relations at the University of Oklahoma. Jacqueline Stefkovich is a Professor in the Department of Education Policy Studies at the Pennsylvania State University.
