The Comprehensive Commercial Law 2024 Statutory Supplement provides the full text of the Uniform Commercial Code as of May 1, 2024 (excluding Article 6), alongside key federal statutes, regulations, uniform state laws, and selected Restatement provisions commonly referenced in commercial law courses.

Included in this supplement are essential statutes such as the Truth in Lending Act, the Electronic Funds Transfer Act, the Federal Tax Lien Act, the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act, as well as excerpts from the CISG and the ICC’s uniform rules for letters of credit.
