It includes the Restatement (Second) of Contracts and Uniform Commercial Code Articles 1 and 2 (including the important 2022 amendments to those Articles); excerpts from the Restatements of Restitution, Employment Law, and Suretyship and Guaranty; the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act; the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act; the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods; the UNIDROIT Principles of International Commercial Contracts; and the actual contracts in several leading cases.
